I thought the first 2 hydro sessions were too short/ easy.
The second 2 were the right level for me.
I would have liked 6 sessions instead of 4 to gain more benefit from the treatment.
I was quite nervous in the first session but the staff put me at ease, they were very friendly. changing facilities could be more private to make me feel more comfortable.

Very friendly.
Helped with my back, legs and foot issues.
Need more and longer sessions better changing rooms, eg hooks in changing areas.

1) Needle not put in correct place.

Asked a lot of questions to really understand the issue. Helped adapt exercise that were a little tricky for child.

Everything was explained coherently and precisely re cause and effort of symptoms, after care exercises were made easy to understand.

Kelly explained very well and get to the room of the problem.
She asked long questions and the examination was in depth.
